No document management system in place for these projects. PRINCENET system allows stakeholders and the project team to trace ownership of documents within the projects thus eliminating potential conflicts. Accountability is created by actively involving stakeholders in the periodic, rigorous examination of project status. This does not mean a cursory review of project costs alone, but also includes a narrative of current project status, project cost projections compared to budget, schedule update, changes to scope and timeline, consultant performance and profit projections
